Sales
Tax As
many of you now know sales tax is now being collected for internet orders. Many
states are now requiring us to collect sales tax when shipping into their state.
This has become a monumental task for us small retailers and the rules are changing
daily. Colorado
- We will collect the State, County and City sales taxes that we are required
to in Colorado. These will be added to your order before shipping. The
internet sales tax rules are constantly changing, and we do our best to insure
that we are following the rules. We will do our best to keep you updated on the
changes as they occur.
Payment
All payments are to be in US funds. Payments may be made
by check (personal, cashiers or money order), Visa, MasterCard, Discover and other
Novus cards. We now also accept Paypal. Sorry but we cannot process COD's. NOTE:
Reservations can only be made with a credit card. Check and PayPal can not be

- UNITED STATES LOWER 48: The vast majority of
our orders ship Postal. Orders over 5 pounds or bulky items we prefer
to ship UPS Ground. Orders shipping UPS will be charged actual cost
of shipping. Note: UPS can not ship to PO Boxes.
- Additional
charges:
- Orders including flex track will
be charged actual cost. Please note that some things should not be shipped together,
for example a bag of plaster and three pieces of flex track. If necessary items
will be shipped in separate boxes and actual shipping charges will be billed.
- Excessively large orders containing items such as Woodland
Scenics foam Subterrain products will be charged actual shipping costs.
- Orders
shipped in multiple boxes will be charged actual shipping costs.
- Insurance:
All packages will be insured. Orders over $100.00 we will add $1.00 per $100 value
to the shipping charges above.
- We cannot ship using a customer's UPS, FedEx
or DHL shipping account.
- ALASKA/HAWAII:
Priority Mail is the best way to ship to these locations.
- NOTE: For Military APO/FPO addresses we will
charge our normal US Priority mail rate, no additional fees or handling
charges. Customs paperwork will be filed if required.
- Our
shipping and handling policy can be revised at any time. We will try to give our
customers as much advance notice as possible.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
will be charged the actual US Postal Service Air Parcel or UPS Worldwide
Expedited charge including insurance plus a $4.00 handling/packing fee.

| We will gladly estimate the
shipping and handling charge of an order, please email us at sales@nscalesupply.com. Reservations
N Scale Supply processes hundreds of reservations
a year for products. In fact it's pretty much the norm in N Scale. As
manuf. move to more and more limited releases, you must reserve product
in order to be sure of getting it. We require a credit card on file
to accept a reservation (or a non-refundable deposit must accompany
the reservation). With a credit card on file, we wait until the product
arrives. Once the product arrives your card is charged, including shipping,
and the product is immediately sent out to you.
Please note that on some products we give a reduced reservation price. If we cannot
charge your card at the time the product arrives, you may loose your reservation
pricing and your spot on the list. Its very important that you keep us informed
of any changes in your payment and shipping info. Returns
Defective
Product: If you receive defective product please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only accept product for refund within thirty days of purchase. NOTE: If
you want the product replaced or repaired most manufacturers desire that the customer
deal directly with them for defective product. We will notify you if this is the
case and can provide the contact information for the manufacturer.
Electronics
and DCC Decoders: We do not accept returns of Electronic items and DCC Decoders,
you must deal with the manufacturer for these products.
Other Returns: If
you decide you do not want the items purchased you may return it within thrity
days of purchase. Product must be new/unused in the original packaging in resellable
condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged. Product is not accepted for return
after 30 days.

NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER OR ANY INFO WE HAVE ON YOU TO ANYONE (unless required
by law). Your info is collected solely to facilitate processing your orders. Occasionally
over the years we have done a mailing to indicate that we are moving or offering
a sale or special discount. These are only done internally, we have never used
