These
52’6” steel side gondolas are carrying a much different
load than we typically see; a very interesting load of hay!
The Baltimore & Ohio gondolas, series 352000-354899 were
built between 1957-1960. They are classed as 0-65, and have
Bettendorf trucks. This 70 ton Southern gondola is series
314000-314299. It was built in 1958 at one of Pullman Standard’s
plants, and has Bettendorf trucks.
