| This 50’
Standard Box Car with Plug Door is painted orange with black ends
and aluminum band sporting the green ‘No Damage’ stripe. This
car was built by Pacific Car & Foundry Company in August,
1962 from a 100 car batch of RBLs. Equipped with Car-Pac belt
rail loaders and cushioned underframes, these cars ran on Roller
bearing trucks well into the late 1980s. |
