                  78 heavyweight paired-window coach car is painted Tuscan 
                  Red with PRR buff herald and lettering, it was based on the 
                  Baltimore & Ohio Plan #2882-B. The roof is black. It was 
                  built in the 1930s by Pullman Standard and ran from the 1930s 
                  through the 1960s on six-wheel passenger trucks. It was one 
                  of the typical coach styles that served many of the passenger 
                  car fleets. Not only could they be found in both local and regional 
                  trains, but these cars lasted long into the era of Lightweight 
                  Passenger Cars and many went on to serve a variety roles including 
                  commuter and MOW service. |
