| This 40' Evans three-bay
covered hopper is painted B&M blue with white logo and lettering. It was built
in January 1979 by Evans Products Company and runs on Barber® roller bearing
trucks. In 1988, most of the Evans covered hopper lease fleet was acquired by
the Pullman Leasing Company, given PLCX reporting marks and renumbered. The primary
commodity for these cars is grain. |
