| Painted aluminum
with yellow sides, these 50’ rib side box cars were built in 1971.
They are two of 99 cars in their class B1-10-11 series built in
1971 at the Omaha freight car shop. They have no slogan applied
to the side as UP began using the “We Can Handle It” slogan in 1972. |
