We’re excited to announce that the E235
Series Yamanote Line will be joining the "A Piece of Your Train
Trip" lineup.
This iconic train, known for circling the heart of Tokyo, captures the
essence of everyday rail travel in one of the world’s busiest cities.
As the new standard in JR East’s commuter fleet, the E235 continues
to play a central role in Tokyo’s urban transit network and with
its sleek, modern design, large front windows, and high-resolution display
units, the E235 Series has truly redefined commuter experience on the
Yamanote Line. Its distinctive appearance and cutting-edge features
have made it a familiar sight, not only among rail enthusiasts but also
with the general public.
The E235 Series Yamanote Line set will additionally be available as
4- and 3-car sets—perfectly suited for everyone from
first-time buyers to long-time collectors.

mount, air conditioners standardized to match other E235 trains.
• “0913G”, “Yamanote Line” pre-printed on front/sides,
replacement front display plates for “Shinagawa/Tokyo direction”,
“Ikebukuro/Ueno direction”.
• Wheelchair marks, stroller marks, emergency door cock markings
printed on all cars.
