Information:
Celebrate the Kuroshio limited-edition express's
60th anniversary with this special 287 Series wrapped train! The 287
Series is a DC limited express EMU developed by JR West, based on the
683 Series 4000 subseries. Featuring a bold retro-livery inspired by
the iconic 381 Series Super Kuroshio, this commemorative model captures
the vibrant red and yellow gradient stripes and distinctive front-end
decoration with precision. With its heritage-inspired limited-time livery,
it pairs perfectly with other KATO products, including the popular 10-1179S/1180
287 Series Kuroshio and the concurrently released 10-1667 KiHa 25 Series
1500 (Kisei Main Line / Sangu Line).
