Electric Locomotive ED75-0 Late Stage

Prototype Information:

The ED75-0 Series was developed in 1963 when the Joban Line was electrified up to Hirai Station (now Iwaki Station) and served as the successor to the ED71 on the Tohoku Main Line. This 50 Hz AC-only locomotive was produced in 160 units and operated extensively on the Tohoku Main Line north of Kuroiso and the Joban Line from Hirai to Aomori.
