Flat Side FMC Woodchip Car

This is a model of the Smooth Side (sometimes called interior post) chip cars built by Gunderson. Pacific Car and Foundry built a version that is nearly identical to this one. These100 ton capacity cars are more than 60' long. The ends are fixed so the entire car must be rotary dumped. This car comes with 100 ton roller bearing trucks with knuckle style couplers.
