For Sale - The N Scale Supply Display Layout

We need more space, the layout must go! This incredible 5'x7' layout has been on display in our shop for the last four years, but we must finally move it out to stock more product. Mike Dannman built this layout in the mid-90s while living in an apartment. This layout was featured in the March 1996 issue of Model Railroader, in Model Railroad Planning 1996 and has been on the cover of the 1997 and 1998 Walthers N&Z Catalogs. Pricing: I really have no idea what this layout is worth so I am throwing this open to offers. The layout is being sold as-is and where-is. Currently its screwed to the wall with a support leg in the middle. The layout can easily be made free-standing with a few 1x2 legs (this is how Mike had built it originally).
