Typical of brick factories constructed near the turn of the 20th century, they're still home to machine shops, light manufacturing, storage firms and other businesses and industries. You'll also find them alongside newer buildings in large industrial complexes, oftern serving as warehouses or garages.

This detailed, layout - ready model comes fully assembled and includes working interior lights. Its small size makes it a natural for those odd-shaped lots along your layout. You can personalize your model to fit your favorite era with a modern metal or wooden box car-height door - both are included - aloing with decal signs. Or leave the door off and install rails in the grooves molded in the base (rails sold separately) so freight cars can be spotted inside.
