With new, energy-efficient windows and enclosed loading dock, its now ready to host shopkeepers, apartment dwellers or whatever you wish in its renovated interior. Unnecessary windows and loading doors have been bricked over, the rooftop water tank removed and its base covered with a wood deck.

This kit includes modern windows, wall inserts to close off the loading dock area, a rooftop water tank support (the complete water tank is also included), plus a set of colorful signs for easy customizing. It'll look great in your post-1970s business district.
